Mitch’s Greatest Hits — Anniversary Degustation

To celebrate one year of BQS, Chef Mitch is looking back over the dishes he’s created during our first 12 months — and choosing some of his personal favourites for two very special nights.

Across five courses, Mitch will revisit some of his greatest hits from the past year, but don't expect simple replays of the originals. He’ll be adding some new twists and flourishes to each dish, befitting the occasion.

It’s a chance to celebrate the food that has helped define our first year at Bar Que Sera — reimagined by the chef who created it.

Duane will also be raiding the cellar to put together some optional matched wine flights for the evening.
